This Direct Ocean Front condo is located on the 2nd floor and offers both early morning sun or shade along with a fantastic view of the city and islands to the south. The terrace is absolutely perfect for relaxing and visiting while watching and listening to the ocean waves roll in.


The master bedroom and living room have direct access to this terrace that runs along the entire front of the condo. The master bedroom has it's own private bath and dressing area. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and hall bath. The dining table seats 6 and the bar counter seats 4.


This unit has quick access to the pool area and beach. It is the one we stay at when we are in Mazatlan!
